Basic company information

DATALAN started its activities in the Slovak IT market in 1990. In 1999 the company attained the QMS certificate according to ISO 9002:1992, later renewed to ISO 9001:2000. In 2003 DATALAN has been awarded prestigious title “IT company of the year 2003”. In 2004 the company attained the environmental engineering system (EES) certificate according to ISO 14001:1996. In February 2005 DATALAN created new Division for Software Solutions and thus became provider of complex IT services. The most significant event of the latest period was the merger with the Ability Development SK, a. s. as of 1 April 2007. As a result of the merger DATALAN reached the turnover of over SKK 1 billion and became one of the biggest IT companies in the Slovak market.

Currently DATALAN is one of the top Slovak providers of complex IT services in the area of software and info-communication solutions, IT outsourcing and information technology advisory. In 2007, for its successful partnerships, DATALAN has been awarded titles The Excellent HP Partner for all products and services and IBM Software Partner 2007. The ambition of DATALAN is to provide high quality services and solutions, efficiently satisfying all client requirements.
